If the payment for an entry purchased with your Subscription fails more than three times, your Subscription will be suspended.
Before reactivating your Subscription, we recommend first addressing any issues that lead to your Subscription failing.
You can re-activate a suspended Subscription at any time from within your online account either via the Lott Website or App.
