Only cards that have successfully completed the Confirmation Process can be edited in your account. See our article on 'Confirming a Debit or Credit Card’ for more details.
From the Lott website:
To update the expiry date of a Debit or Credit Card you will need to login to your online account.
Once logged in, click on the account icon in the top-right corner and select Funds from the drop-down menu.
Under the Deposit & Cards section you will see the Debit and Credit Cards linked to your account.
Click on the Edit button below the details of the card you wish to update.
A pop up window will appear where you can enter the new expiry date. You are required to enter the CVV of the card to process this change.
Click the Update Card button to confirm.
The card should now show with the updated expiry in the Deposit & Cards section of your account.
From the Lott App:
Below we are using a Tatts account as an example.
Once logged in, click on the account icon at the bottom of your screen.
Select Manage Credit Cards from the menu.
Select the Debit or Credit Card that you wish to update and choose Update Card from the options.
Enter the new expiry date followed by your CVV and select Update Card.
The card should now show with the updated expiry.
