What does the confirmation process involve?
When using a Debit or Credit Card for the first time, this card will be added to your online account for future purchases. Every Debit or Credit Card assigned to your account will need to go through the confirmation process once.
You can find all of the Debit and Credit Cards assigned to your account, and initiate the confirmation process from within the 'Funds' section of your account. Simply click on the 'CONFIRM' button on the Debit or Credit Card that you would like to initiate the confirmation process for.
Once initiated, a transaction of less than $1.00 will be debited from the Debit or Credit Card. Check your Debit or Credit Card bank statement and once this transaction appears you will need to enter this exact amount back within your online account against that Credit or Debit Card to complete the process.
Depending on how quickly your bank or card issuer displays transactions on your account (and the way you access your transactions) this action can take anything from a few seconds to a few days to complete.
How do I enter the confirmation amount?
- Login to your account via the Lott's website.
- Go to the 'Funds' section within your account.
- Click the 'CONFIRM' button against the Credit or Debit Card you initiated the confirmation process for.
- Enter the exact confirmation charge amount in the field and click 'CONFIRM'
You will only have two attempts to enter the confirmation amount - if you enter an incorrect amount more than twice your account will be suspended.
Can I complete this process using the Lott App?
Currently the Debit/Credit Card Confirmation process can only be completed within the Lott's website.
