If you’ve damaged the lottery ticket you purchased in-store, simply follow these steps below.
For unregistered tickets
If your lottery ticket isn’t registered to a player card, you will need to complete a Lost or Damaged Ticket Search Form. This will help us locate your ticket in our lottery system.
You’ll have to complete a Lost or Damaged Ticket Search Form for each ticket that’s been lost or damaged.
Please find the Lost or Damaged Ticket Search Forms relevant to your jurisdiction, here:
- For lottery tickets purchased in Queensland
- For lottery tickets purchased in New South Wales
- For lottery tickets purchased in the Australian Capital Territory
- For lottery tickets purchased in Victoria
- For lottery tickets purchased in Tasmania
- For lottery tickets purchased in the Northern Territory
- For lottery tickets purchased in South Australia
A fee of $15 applies to our Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victorian, Tasmanian and Northern Territory customers. A $22 fee applies to our South Australian customers. This fee must be paid either in-person, or by debit card, visa credit card or cheque prior to proceeding.
Successful claims will be paid after the claim periods below have elapsed:
- Victoria, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Queensland: Four weeks after the draw
- New South Wales and Australia Capital Territory: Eight weeks after the draw
- South Australia: 12 months after the draw
Once you have completed the form, please forward it to the address listed on the form and make sure you include the original damaged ticket (if applicable). We recommend you keep copies for your own records.
